Do you yearn for Jerusalem?

I can’t get enough of Psalm 132:13-14 which says, “For the Lord has chosen Jerusalem; He has desired it for His home. “This is My resting place forever,” He said. “I will live here, for this is the home I desired.
Two times it tells us that God desired Jerusalem to be His eternal home. When I looked up the word “desire” in the thesaurus it listed the following words: wanted, favorite, chosen, preferred, sought after, coveted, craved, yearn for. Jerusalem must be really special for God to feel this way.
I’d like to ask you to do one thing: Can you share with us one reason why Jerusalem is one of your favorite places? Just one reason that you desire and yearn to go there.
Family Update Asha is in Israel I’m sure she’s loving it, but she had a rough start. Her luggage was left in Moscow. It took 2 days for her to get it. But after she got it, she was in Masada and enjoying a Frappe. Life is good for Asha! I (Ron) had a headache for 9 days. I spent time in the ER; had a cat scan and lab work …

No experience necessary

God calls Jeremiah to be a prophet to the nations; before he was born. Jeremiah tells God that he is only a boy and that he cannot speak. God’s not interested in his excuses. When we apply for a job, we usually have to hand in a resume to show our prospective employer that we have the experience, skills and knowledge necessary to do the job.
It’s different with God. He calls us before we’re even born. This means He calls us before we have any experience, skills or knowledge. Like Jeremiah God tells us we simply need to be willing. He will enable and empower us to do whatever He calls us to do.
Family Update Gita and Reva are actively preparing for Cross Country and JROTC. Ravi has been accepted to take classes this Fall Semester at USF in Tampa. Asha will fly out of Syracuse tonight at 5:00 PM where she will meet her friend Elisa in Israel. I (Ron) am contacting pastors about leading a teaching tour of the “Treasures of Jerusalem.” Most people won’t be able to go to Jerusalem, so I am b…

Should Israel give up the Temple for peace?

A few years ago when I went to Israel, Hillel (our tour guide) told us that Israel’s leaders will never give up the Western Wall (of the Jerusalem Temple). It is proof that we’ve lived there in the past, but it also reminds us of our future.
When he said this, God told me the Wall is a stump. What do you know about a tree stump? If you have any ideas how the Wall is a stump I invite you to post them on my FB page at:
This Saturday I will speak at Shoresh David in Tampa and teach about this. If you live in Tampa Bay, come out to hear me speak. If you can’t be there, watch the service on FB Live at:

Invite Rabbi Ron to bring Israel to you

This week in Binghamton, NY I served as a Messianic Jewish Tour Guide and showed people some of the treasures of Jerusalem. People were engaged asking questions and sharing comments. We learned how the Western Wall in Jerusalem serves as a stump. What is a stump, how can the Wall serve as a stump, and what lesson can we all learn from this?
I included 2 songs, and I’ll be adding an opportunity for people to place their prayer requests in the Wall. Most people will not get an opportunity to board a plane and go to Israel, so I encourage you to invite me to be your Tour Guide and bring Israel to you. Contact me so we can talk about this.

What is the WHOLE truth?

When people returned from exploring the land of Canaan they told Moses that they seemed like grasshoppers in their own eyes. This was true, but it was only part of the truth.
We need to deal with the WHOLE truth, and nothing but the WHOLE truth. The rest of the truth was that God was bigger than their enemies. Don't ever forget that important truth. Whenever you face a challenge, be honest about what you're up against. But don't forget that God is bigger than whatever you face.
People who give in to their craves can find themselves in early graves, unless God saves (them). Check out the message I'll share at Shoresh David in Tampa, FL Saturday morning in person or on FB Live to find out Paul's solution to this grave problem.

Rabbi Ron Speaks June 22 – Shoresh David, Tampa, FL One young lady who saw a recent video of mine contacted me this week. She has been very discouraged and reached out searching for hope. I received another phone call from a man who is trying to reach out to a Jewish co-worker. He asked me questions so he can better share with this person. Please pray that God uses my videos to touch people, and that He uses me to equip people to share with Jewish people.
I have 5 speaking engagements scheduled in NY during my July visit. I’m still checking into 3 more. If you know of a congregation or Bible Study I can sp…

Does God love you?

What does God think about you? Does He love you? Does God want to spend time with you? We see in Jeremiah that God married Israel at Mt. Sinai. We became His bride, and He became our groom. God has given me a role to play regarding this. I am to be the Father of the bride and offer to walk you down the aisle and bring you to God, your groom.
Have you already said “Yes!” to Yeshua’s wedding proposal? If so, make sure you’re ready for our wedding day. If you haven’t said “Yes” to Yeshua yet, would you accept His proposal today? If you’d like to become the bride of Messiah, or need help preparing for our wedding day, contact me; I’d love to help.

On Shavuot we celebrate the wedding anniversary of God and Israel. Yeshua told us that He is coming back for a bride who has made herself ready (and is prepared). Earthly brides have bridesmaids who help them get ready for their wedding, and I believe we need bridesmaids to help us get ready for our wedding with Yeshua.

Do you have bridesmaids? What do you do to help each other prepare for our wedding day? I hope you’ll be prepared. I look forward to seeing you at our wedding!
